The mission of FRIENDS IN NEED Health Center Inc. is to provide regionally supported medical, dental and counseling care for the employed uninsured residents and members of their immediate families, of Sullivan, Hawkins and Scott counties. Our vision is to be a comprehensive integrated health center providing quality affordable services. What Services Do We Offer? FRIENDS IN NEED provides on-site primary care and dental care as well as referrals to other volunteer physicians and professionals who provide specialized care in their offices. Services provided at FRIENDS IN NEED are by appointment only and are provided for a discount off the normal fees for these services, based on the sliding fee scale percentage for the patients.
