As a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), with over 19 years experience in IT, Technical Consulting, System Administration, technical and customer support, I have worked with numerous individual clients as well as small to large corporate clients, including legal and government customers. I have excellent customer service, technical and troubleshooting skills and am able to resolve technical issues over the phone or face to face. For over 12 years I have worked as a Staff Field Systems Engineer for LexisNexis, implementing Enterprise software solutions co-located at scale.
