Freyer & Laureta, Inc. (F&L) is an award-winning consulting engineering firm with offices in San Francisco, Novato, Cupertino, and Alameda. F&L is a State Certified Small Business (Micro) Enterprise (SBE) and City and County of San Francisco Certified Local Business Enterprise (LBE). F&L provides civil engineering, surveying and mapping, and construction management services for a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. Our presence in the Bay Area and experience with numerous public agencies allow our team members to incorporate local knowledge into our approach. Our Team also understands that as a consultant we need to be thoughtful in our approach to assist clients with solving the correct issue with their identifying needs.
