We like to make a difference in people’s lives by not only offering healthier restaurant food, but also educating those who want to know more about the food they consume. We believe that our health is directly linked to what and how we feed our bodies, mind and soul. We do not have microwaves or fryers. All of our food, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, sandwich patties, and breads are prepared in-house from their rawest form and ingredients. We created our own proprietary flour blend and people have a hard time believing our fresh breads are 100% gluten free because they are so soft and delicious. We sprout our own lentil and garbanzo beans used in our salads and patties. We strive to purchase as many organic products as possible. The only oils we use to cook our dishes are olive, sunflower and coconut. Since we make all dishes in our kitchens, there is no risk of gluten cross-contamination. We serve familiar dishes with a healthy twist: sandwiches, burgers, bowls, omelets, soups, salads, waffles, desserts, and made to order juices and smoothies
