Six Restaurant - BALTIC Fresh Element’s flagship restaurant sits proudly atop of the BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, combining breath-taking panoramic views with great food, great service and a great experience. The British modern cuisine features the very best of local ingredients, simply cooked and served in a relaxed and friendly setting. Events: Sill The Sill: Landscape & Discovery Centre is an iconic new building that harmoniously reflects the distinctiveness of the Northumbrian landscape in both its shape and the materials used in its construction.
