Select your desired products and then click ADD TO CART to be directed through our secure online ordering process. There you can choose which shipping option you prefer. Make sure that you have submitted your shipping address to generate shipping options. Once you have thoroughly checked your cart, you can proceed to CHECKOUT. You will receive an invoice via email confirming your order. Once we have processed and completed your order, you will receive a separate email with tracking. Sometimes these emails go into Spam boxes, so always check those before contacting us about tracking. Please expect 1-2 business days for processing and shipping orders. These times may or may not increase during the holiday season. If you experience problems placing an order, please contact us at admin@freerpercussion.com. Why is my order on hold? When customers pay with a credit card (as opposed to their PayPal account) the order is "on hold" until we capture and process your order. Be assured we have your order and you do not need to take any further action. Once we process/complete your order you should receive an email letting you know. If your order is complete tracking info can be found at the bottom of that email. Please expect 1-2 business days for processing and shipping orders. Though we use Paypal® as our secure payment gateway, as the customer, all you need is your credit card to make a purchase.
