FreeMusic Inc. Information

FreeMusic Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created to provide free access to musical instruments and music education programs for those in-need. FreeMusic operates via two primary programs. The "Provide" program is aimed at getting musical instruments and learning materials into the hands of other nonprofit organizations. Organizations such as soup kitchens, nursing homes, schools, etc, would often benefit from additional musical resources. FreeMusic will work as an intermediary between individuals and organizations who wish to contribute, and organizations looking for resources. FreeMusic will work with receiving organizations to assess need, and allocate instruments and other resources. The second program, "Structure" focuses on actually establishing music programs and aligning volunteers. FreeMusic will work as a consultant with organizations interested in setting up musical programs. From instrument check-in/check-out protocols, to creating marketing materials to attract local volunteers, FreeMusic helps build something from nothing.
