I am a California licensed attorney with more than 15 years of legal experience in the Default Services Industry. Part of my practice involves providing low-cost, flat-rate back office support and legal services for various creditor clients on an as-needed basis. My practice is intentionally limited to focus upon Motions, Complaints, and Discovery-related services for bankruptcy, unlawful detainer matters, and collections matters. I can prepare your documents for a fraction of the costs of doing the work in-house. I can respond to burdensome discovery and documentation requests.
