Free Focus Systems, LLC (FFS) provides innovative, real-time focus solutions that streamline productions and opens creative doors to filmmakers, all while saving time and money. FFS' first product, the FF1, is a patented, aftermarket, tag-based focus control system that allows productions to maintain continuous, hands-free, focus of their subjects. How does it work? Place one of our "tags" on a subject. The tag continuously measures the distance between itself and the camera and adjusts the lens control motor to keep the subject in focus at all times.
