Generally, the fees of these experts in specific legal areas come out of the fees to which this Firm would be entitled and do not result in any cost to the client. We do not incur any material expenses for the client without the client’s authority. The process of reaching a good result for the client generally takes quite a while and often is delayed in order to wait for the maximum medical improvement of the health of the client and may be further delayed by matters beyond our control.
