We understand that everyone's schedules are busy, and we provide clients with a detailed project list to review and approve, and we estimate dates when further decisions must be made for the job to proceed on schedule. In order to complete the rough framing, clients may need to select a number of finish items, such items as light fixtures, windows, floor coverings, cabinets, and faucets, so that framing can accomodate the finished products. We, and our subcontractors, are prepared to assist owners with recommendations. We strive to make ourselves readily available to existing clients who have questions or concerns, and are responsive to our clients' needs before, during and after construction. In all the time we have been in business, we have never abandoned a job, had legal actions taken against us, or received a complaint through the Contractors State Licensing Board.
