Starting out in 2008, founded by Giuseppe Mascoli in Brixton Market London, we're taking our authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza across the UK. Franco Manca is built on the belief that to be truly enjoyed, food needs to be made with authentic, delicious ingredients, organic and locally sourced where possible. Guests can enjoy classic Italian flavours from our Margherita to fresh seasonal specials. Franco Manca is the pioneer of the classic Neapolitan sourdough pizza in the UK, we work with seasonal ingredients that are cooked in the traditional method.
