f.r.a. is a team of designers collaborating with architects, developers and planners to unlock the full potential of the built environment. Wayfinding, brand, placemaking— our work can be described in many different ways. We’re not too concerned about the labels. What matters is finding ways to use design to add value and elevate experiences. The ideas of ‘thinking’, ‘feeling’, ‘doing’ are at the core of our approach and are present at every step of our process. We drive design through innovation and solid technical skills. We celebrate and enhance the emotional connections between people and place. Above all, we are grafters. We are a team of doers at every level. This means we face the tough facts of how a project really happens. We support our stakeholders and help them through every step of the project. Our team is a diverse bunch with decades of experience ranging from global mega-projects to highly specialist design practices such as cartography and brand strategy. We stand out from our peers by combining an innovative approach to design with solid project delivery. We live in a nice place called Shropshire and deliver projects globally.
