This helps our clients to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and plan based on predictable outcomes. Our clients typically have one or more these three issues: 1. They keep coming to dead-ends in their product development because they don’t have a good way of vetting conceptual designs. Because of this they often go over budget and miss critical schedule milestones. 2. Because they don’t have a good process for making good, data-driven, design decisions they spend too much time and money guessing, building, testing, and iterating. 3. Because they don’t have a model-based understanding of their system, they have a hard time knowing how to interpret test data and fall into a “test-to-success” mindset which often does not converge in a way that meets functional, schedule, and budget objectives.
