The AI builds the case file, gathers police reports and medical records, submits the demand, and helps the user negotiate to get the best offer. If the insurance company won’t make a fair offer, vetted lawyers in Mighty's network bid to take the case charging less than the industry standard 33.3% rate.
Mighty is free for consumers. There is no contingency fee. Users keep 100% of what they settle for.
Most personal injury cases settle before a lawsuit is ever filed. The work of getting to that settlement is paperwork: gathering records, building a case file, submitting demands, pushing back on lowball offers. A lawyer charges 33% of the settlement to handle that work. Mighty's AI does it for free.
