WHAT I DO: I provide management services for small to mid-sized nonprofits, trade associations, professional organizations, and small businesses. This may include administrative support, accounting and financial services, HR functions, and payroll processing. Additionally, we offer communications and publication support services, membership development, committee management, Board Meeting and Conference/Event management, as well as online presence. Services are customized to your needs with a goal of fewer losses, higher profit, better reporting, improved event attendance and increased website visibility. Background: In business since 1995, our professional office is located in Monroeville, PA, is staffed daily and is equipped with a conference room that seats eight. In addtion to full-time employees, we worked with virtual" partners who work on an as-needed basis. We utilize Windows-based business-level, secured computer systems. Our telephone system is equipped for multiple, individualized incoming lines with customized voice mail recordings. Note that calls into the office are answered personally whenever possible. A dedicated fax line is available. Limited storage is available internally or at a secure storage facility within one-mile of our office. Email services are available, as are legal services, via our service providers. A few of the accomplishments we have achieved for our clients include: • Identifying areas of concern in a 35-year old Conference and recommending changes that increased attendance by 20% and profit by 26% in the first year. • Executing an advertising plan that increased website traffic by over 60% and event registration by 18%. • Conceptualizing, developing and managing a 3-day business training workshop now offered in 8-10 cities across the country annually.
