Fox Projects is a small sized organization which focuses primarily on large-scale business & digital transitions that companies face. We are a company working only with freelancers and able to scale-up and down in a flexible way. Project / program management is our core business. We have decades of experience in leading large organizational, process and digital transitions. We are specialized in managing ERP and CRM transitions with a main focus on SAP (S/4 HANA / ECC / C4C). We have an in-depth knowledge of greenfield (ERP) implementations, large (data) migration projects, but also merging business units, managing end-to-end merger processes or carve-outs. Within the projects, our focus is not only on managing the transition itself, but also implementing it successfully in the organization. For us, a project is only successful if the change has been implemented and the organization is able to work with it successfully. In addition to changing business processes and organizational structures, major (digital) transitions often have a big impact on the work of people and organizational cultures. The work that needs to be done can change, but often so can the required capacity, specific knowledge areas or required competencies. This often causes uncertainties, tensions and stress among people and entire organizational units. For managing these kind of processes in a successful way, specialized expertise is required. Therefore we have set-up a new Business Unit called "Fox Talent".
