Thebe biedt wijkverpleging en zorg in woonzorgcentra in Midden- en West-Brabant. Uitgangspunt in de dienstverlening is, dat cliënten zo veel en lang mogelijk zelf de regie over hun leven houden. Thebe is aangesloten bij brancheorganisatie Actiz. De missie van Thebe luidt: “Alle inwoners van West- en Midden-Brabant zijn bij Thebe aan het juiste adres voor vragen en behoeften op gezondheidsgebied.
