The firm was established in 1999 on the premise that key to any successful communications campaign is the personal involvement of seasoned professionals with direct and relevant experience. The firm’s Principal, Geoff Fowlstone, has an extensive background in corporate affairs, investor relations, investment banking and politics. Supported by a small, expert team, he works closely with clients to provide senior counsel. He remains directly involved on each mandate. fowlstone has advised some of Australia’s largest public companies through very high profile and complex issues in diverse industry sectors. This work ranges from extensive high profile crises, to one-off financial transactions including IPOs, takeovers and corporate restructurings, to the long-term management of clients’ internal and external communications programs.
