While understanding the mechanics of business and the need for good strategy will always be important, I’m exponentially more curious about human behaviour and decisions and actions people make. All behaviour is explainable - not the same thing as justifiable - and when we can understand what’s driving behaviour, we can use that knowledge for a force of good.
