Fowler is a small community about 5,000 strong and they take pride in calling it their home. Not only does Fowler Floral serve Fowler, but they serve the outlining communities as well. Talene Kasparian-Cleveland took over the business in 2004. Talene graduated from California State University Fresno in 2006 with a BA in Advertising and a Certificate in Special Events Planning. Fowler Floral is completely family owned and operated. Talene’s mom Teresa Kasparian is the bookkeeper and delivery driver. Roberta Hairabedian is the newest addition to the Fowler Floral family. Roberta is Teresa’s cousin who is now our newest designer. Roberta has worked on and off in the floral industry for 30 years. Talene has a lot of support from her family and family is very important. This is how Fowler Floral is run they treat their customers as if they are family. Whether you come in to order flowers or just to say hi you are always welcome and they are always ready to help you.
