Founderland Information

If you’re a woman of colour founder in Europe, you’re not alone. Founderland is here to make sure you’re seen, backed, and connected. We’re a nonprofit community of 700+ women of colour entrepreneurs across Europe and the UK—building companies, raising capital, and reshaping the startup ecosystem. We know the numbers: less than 0.5% of VC funding in Europe goes to women of colour. But we’re not waiting for change—we’re building it. We do this through: 🔹 Compass – our accelerator to help you raise your next round 🔹 PAM – our AI pitch coach, built for and with diverse founders 🔹 Signal – targeted mentorship that actually moves the needle 🔹 Beacon – curated connections to angels and early-stage VCs 🔹 Regional Events – our spaces to meet, share, and amplify what’s next Whether you’re pre-seed or scaling, Founderland is here to help you navigate—and grow on your own terms.
