The Founder & The Force Multiplier’s mission is to help Founders (Leaders, CEOs, Executives) and Force Multipliers (Executive Assistants, Chiefs of Staff, Personal Assistants, etc.) find their match, strengthen their relationship, and provide coaching, training, consulting, technology, and resources to help these partnerships continue to thrive. When Adam Hergenrother and Hallie Warner wrote The Founder & The Force Multiplier: How Entrepreneurs and Executive Assistants Achieve More Together, in February 2019, their focus was on the partnership between an entrepreneur and their right-hand employee (usually in the form of an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Chief of Staff). What we’ve realized over time is that the principles that we live by and value extend far beyond the scrappy early days of a start-up, all the way to the C-Suite of Fortune 100 companies.
