Foundations Care Information

Foundations Care is a not-for-profit that has been dedicated to serving children and young people, families and communities across Australia for more than 2 decades. Our key services include foster and kinship care, residential care, youth justice services and the caseworker support scheme (NSW). We operate across South-East, South-West and Far North Queensland; across regional New South Wales, including the Hunter-New England region; and across metro and remote Western Australia. In each state our functions are slightly different depending on the state system, but our purpose remains the same – to ensure that the core needs of children and young people to feel safe, accepted and valued within their family and community will be realised. Foundations Care operates from multiple offices across NSW, QLD and WA; our national head office is located in Helensvale, on the Gold Coast, QLD. To achieve the best possible outcomes for children and young, we need a work culture like no other and a team of changemakers, passionate about the protection of children, who feel proud to call Foundations Care home.
