Jeff Wood, president, has over 30 years experience in the manufactured housing industry. He is a licensed general contractor as well as a licensed FHA fee inspector. We have a network of inspectors/installers across the country. We provide FHA compliance inspections, over-height inspections for manufactured homes, engineer certificates for manufactured homes, structural inspections, FEMA plans, site certifications, etc. In most cases we are able to provide a free foundation assessment to determine if your home is on a permanent foundation per HUD guidelines. If all conditions are met, we are able to provide interim financing so that the foundation improvements can be paid on the HUD at closing.
