Foundation has been working for over 30 years in the North of England building better lives. We believe in social justice, fairness and the right to belong. Through a vast range of services, we can offer support to manage a tenancy, find a job, tackle addiction or improve relationships; we build on the strengths of individuals, families and communities to make a lasting difference. Our services extend to individuals and families who are affected by the following issues: Homeless or at risk of homelessness Leaving prison or on probation Leaving care Domestic abuse We build rewarding futures through recognising people’s strengths, championing their voices and working in partnership to deliver excellent services.
