The Foundation Scholars Program (FSP) aims to support first-year students in various aspects and cultivate students’ academic, professional, and personal skills. Each Foundation Scholar will be paired with a mentor who has at least a year of experience studying and living at the University of Texas at Austin. FSP also provides a fall semester course and events to create a community for students transition to college life and academics. By leveraging campus resources, FSP collaborates with mentors and mentees to develop their professional leadership to enrich their school life.
