Foundation 2 Information

Foundation 2 Crisis Services is a non-profit human service agency that offers crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. We are committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention and helping build the foundation for stronger and healthier families and safer communities for everyone. Our services include a 24-hour crisis phone line, chat and text support, a youth shelter, independent living support for young adults, family counseling, support groups and Mobile Crisis Outreach.
