At Fosterli, we know that the Fostering Sector is in crisis. In the UK, we are losing carers at a faster rate than we are recruiting them, yet demand is only rising. Fosterli believes that better quality assessments and assessment experience will increase retention, compliance and efficiency . Fosterli is an Applicant Tracking System enhancing the Foster Carer application assessment and onboarding journey. It improves the recruitment journey leaving carers feeling prepared, informed and supported. This should lead to increased retention rates, and less applicant drop-off's, providing more stable homes for children. Founded by an experienced Fostering Social Worker, Fosterli is dedicated to it's mission to increase the amount of children living in loving, stable homes.
