FOSTERED is a new way of doing things, of strategising an individual’s success by embracing a new era of business. FOSTERED looks for ways of challenging how art is practiced and perceived, it specializes in building bridges between Visual Artists and the wider community in business, charitable & corporate capacities & prioritizes encouraging people from all backgrounds to engage with artistic practice at all levels. FOSTERED manages and nurtures the collaborative efforts of individual creatives from a variety of artistic disciplines (Painters, Sculptors, Graf Artists, Installation Artists, Musicians & Authors), road-mapping an achievable path to overcome the challenges preventing them from reaching their full potential. Strategic thinking is key, setting FOSTERED apart from services offered by traditional talent managers. Artists develop a personal brand. We open up doors for artists to collaborate with brands & agencies and endeavor to break down the traditional power structure of Artist vs. gallery, giving the Artist back creative and financial control. FOSTERED has demonstrated success via commercial activations. Stencil artists realized a new source of income through an interactive art experience in Martin Place, Sydney, & the Spillway Melbourne for ING. The general public were involved in creating a live art mural, using stencils of their own faces. Initiating, designing & promoting individual art exhibitions in non-gallery spaces are also a key function of FOSTERED. Rather than stuffy & imposing galleries, full experiential spaces are designed to house the Artist’s work, expanding the Artist’s philosophy throughout the space and allowing full audience participation, not passive viewing.
