Forward Safety Information

Forward Safety is a Wisconsin based safety partner providing fractional safety management for manufacturing, bio/pharma, construction, and warehousing companies. Through the Forward Safety Partner Program (FSPP), we support organizations that don’t have a dedicated safety team or want an experienced outside set of eyes consistently monitoring their operations. FSPP is delivered through a monthly retainer that includes recurring site visits to identify safety risks, monitor program implementation, and provide ongoing support. When gaps are identified, we help solve them directly or coordinate with qualified providers to ensure issues are addressed properly. What makes us different is consistency. Most safety consultants show up, fix a problem, and leave. We come back each month to ensure programs are implemented, maintained, and actually adopted by the workforce, solving the safety program sustainability problem that many companies struggle with. Our role is to act as an extension of your team, providing reliable, practical safety support that keeps people safe, helps programs stick, and keeps OSHA compliance on track.
