Forward is a career readiness platform built for students who are ready to take their future seriously but don't have a clear starting point. It guides students through the full early stages of career development, from self-discovery and direction-setting, through to building professional documents and entering the job market with confidence. Forward is grounded in established career development research, primarily Career Construction Theory and Social Cognitive Career Theory, and was designed alongside specialists in neurodivergent career support. At the centre of Forward is Felix, an AI career companion that leads the student through a structured six-level journey. Rather than evaluating students against a standard or overwhelming them with options, Forward builds career readiness progressively, developing the concern, curiosity, control, and confidence that research identifies as the foundation of long-term career success.
