Menopause support and education to help companies include menopause within their DEI framework and provide for their female employees through engaging workshops, targeted coaching, and impactful education. Menopause is often shrouded in shame and doom & gloom. I am determined to change that narrative. I founded FortyFiftyFabulous with the goal to educate and empower midlife women so that they can truly become advocates for their own health and don't have to navigate through this confusing, transitional time of life alone as I did.
