Our mission is to equip emerging professionals with the leadership skills, global perspective, and professional relationships needed to thrive throughout their careers. Founded in 2021, Fortitude is a global nonprofit organization bringing together accomplished executives from across architecture, engineering, construction, real estate, and related industries who share a common passion for mentoring future leaders. Collectively, our advisors average more than 30 years of industry experience, have worked across six continents, and have contributed to projects in more than 100 countries. Through scholarships, executive mentoring, leadership coaching, our Global Cohort Program, and introductions to an international network of industry leaders, Fortitude provides aspiring professionals with opportunities to learn from experienced leaders, broaden their perspectives, and build meaningful relationships that extend well beyond the classroom or workplace.
