I work with founders and leadership teams to solve hard business problems, build stronger operations, and use AI where it actually improves the answer. That usually means stepping in when growth is getting messy, systems do not connect, teams lack clarity, or an opportunity needs to be tested properly before time and money are committed. I do not approach this like a traditional consultant. I work as an operator, getting to the real issue, designing the simplest path forward, and helping build the answer in practice. The work typically falls into four areas: • Assess something — identify what is broken, what matters, and where to start • Fix something — improve processes, connect tools, and clean up the operational foundation • Build something — design and build systems, workflows, automations, and AI-enabled solutions • Run something — embed the work, improve outcomes, and keep it moving My background spans operations, product, growth, systems, and strategic projects. Across all of it, the focus is the same: Make the business work better.
