Formula Slug is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization at the University of California Santa Cruz created for students, by students. FS drives its primary focus toward the yearly Formula Society of Automotive Engineers Electric (FSAE) competition in Brooklyn, Michigan. Our team attracts talented and passionate individuals who strive for real-world engineering experience and to promote a team-oriented environment. All project are 100% student-led and executed. Our mission is to complement traditional education with hands-on projects for aspiring engineers at UCSC.
