We use our proprietary internal ticketing and resource system, aptly named TicketTank™; It’s our method to ingest your trouble tickets, compose the appropriate course of action, and take aim at a pin point solutions. We do this in conjunction with the latest and greatest tools available to us, such as TeamViewer as our Remote Access System, Webroot as our Security and Threat Monitoring System, and various other niche systems and services, in partner with RingCentral, our communication platform.
