Since Universal Plastics was founded in 1965, our company has been a leader in the large part plastics industry.
Universal Plastics is comprised of four plants across the northeast United States, including Holyoke MA, Albany NY, Middlefield OH and Latrobe PA. We have extensive experience in manufacturing an array of products in a host of conversion technologies.
- Heavy gauge thermoforming, allowing for up to very large parts to be made in lower quantities than injection molding
- Extrusion blowmolding, creating large, often hollow parts with outstanding strength and fantastic flexibility on part size
- Injection molding, gas-assist injection molding, and structural foam molding create a tremendous opportunity to create large, beautiful, and extremely strong parts.
Our team has tremendous finishing capabilities, including class-A paint capabilities and assembly competencies.

Total Plastics, Int’l was founded in 1978 by John Kozacki and Jerome Kollig as a small plastics warehouse in Kalamazoo, Michigan. In 1984, the national sales office opened in Grand Rapids, Michigan, to accommodate the growing business and regional plastics customer base. Total Plastics continued to expand in 1987, opening a branch in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and again in 1996 opening branches in Baltimore, Harrisburg, Pittsburgh and Cleveland. Today, Total Plastics comprises 18 locations across 10 states, including three subsidiaries; Northeast Plastic Supply, Everything Plastic and Paramont Machine Company.
Total Plastics, Int'l. provides industrial plastic product distribution to customers in the aerospace, transportation, chemical, electronics, medical, food sciences, life sciences, engineering, graphics/display, and manufacturing markets, mainly in the Midwestern, Northeastern, and Southern regions of the US. With a vast range of value-add services including cutting, routing, die-cutting, fabricating, and machining, no project or part is too big or too small for TPI!
