We love challenging projects. Conflicting requirements. Tough deadlines. Too many opinions. Not enough budget. Technology that isn’t quite there yet. Business needs that collide with human ones. That’s usually where good design gets interesting. We use Industrial Design, Innovation and Strategy to turn complexity into products, experiences and ideas that are relevant, distinctive, and actually make it into the real world. No innovation theatre. No endless Post-it walls (maybe some... ), but for sure no 80-page strategy deck that dies in somebody’s inbox. We make things move. We ask uncomfortable questions, challenge assumptions and get to the why before falling in love with the what. We look at problems through the eyes of the people we design for, while being equally comfortable talking brand, business, technology, manufacturing and cost. Because great ideas don’t live in isolation. They survive reality. We bring people together, especially when they disagree. We design and facilitate multidisciplinary workshops that turn different perspectives into an advantage. Designers, engineers, marketers, researchers, operators and leadership all see a problem differently. Good. Our job is not to make everybody agree. It is to create enough clarity, trust and momentum for a team to make better decisions and move forward together. And then we design. We sketch. Build. Test. Question. Simplify. Throw things away. Try again. From zero-to-one innovation and product strategy to concept development and the evolution of existing products, we move comfortably between the big picture and the tiny detail that suddenly makes everything work. We believe in working hard without making work miserable. In being ambitious without taking ourselves too seriously. In moving fast without becoming careless. Fun, efficiency and quality are not conflicting requirements. Neither are People, Planet and Good Design. That’s the point.
