FormFab LLC is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in precision bent metal and multilayer nylon tubing assemblies, along with custom inspection gauges and fixtures for the automotive and industrial tubing industry. Based in Rochester Hills, Michigan, FormFab supports OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers from prototype development through full production supply, delivering high-quality, production-intent components for critical applications. We specialize in small-to-medium diameter tubular products, where precision, repeatability, and speed are essential. Our core product applications include brake and fuel lines, transmission oil cooler lines, HVAC and thermal system tubing, EV battery coolant & drain lines, power steering lines, oil pickup tubes, fuel filler tubes, cable guide tubes, seat frames, and multilayer nylon tube assemblies. FormFab operates in over 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, tooling, and office space, with capabilities to fabricate, bend, and form tubing up to 2.5” diameter in steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and multilayer nylon. Our in-house processes provide full control from concept through prototype and into production, including tube cutting, bending, end forming, welding, brazing, leak testing, crimping, nylon tube forming, reverse engineering, and end-form development. We are also a specialist in inspection gauges and fixtures, including wood contour, CNC composite, metal, GD&T, weld fixtures, and multilayer forming fixtures, with CMM inspection systems traceable to NIST standards.
