Formasette Information

ased in Bolzano, in the heart of the Dolomites, we are specialised in video productions since 2007. Gottardo Giatti and Michele Melani, both born in Bolzano, needed only a few years to make Formasette become a benchmark for the local video production sector. Thanks to our open minded way of working and our strong innovation spirit, we were able to start our international experience in 2011 in Dubai, with the production of “The Million Dollar Weekend. Already in 2012 the production of “Frontline Battles” for History Channel followed. This time we worked in collaboration with the British director Tony Lee, surrounded by the Dolomites. The panorama of this mountains became our production’s focal point, as shown in the two seasons of “Mountain Heroes” produced for Discovery Channel, as well as with the collaborations as local fixer for different programs with Bear Grylls; “Breaking Point” and “Running Wild”, to mention a few of them. Today we like to describe our distinguishing features mentioning international experiences and the ability of our team to film in wild and extreme environments. Concluding, we can proudly say that “if you can dream it, we can film it”.
