FORM is a Manchester personal training gym at New Bailey, Salford. We help busy professionals get stronger, fitter and more confident through expert 1-to-1 and small-group personal training, gym membership, reformer Pilates and nutrition coaching. Alongside the gym we run RESET by FORM, our boutique studio in Manchester city centre for Pilates, yoga and barre. We also deliver corporate wellbeing for Manchester employers: on-site and in-studio training, wellbeing events and educational seminars that keep teams healthy, energised and performing. Every session is led by qualified, experienced coaches who actually know their craft, not a revolving door of contractors.
