Form & Function Orthopaedics Information

Form & Function Orthopaedics is not your typical orthopedic clinic. Founded by Dr. Nancy Yen Shipley, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, we blend precision medicine, cutting-edge regenerative therapies, and a whole-human approach to help active adults move better, recover faster, and thrive longer. We serve individuals in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond who are ready to take charge of their joint health - not just mask pain or wait until it’s “bad enough” for surgery. Whether you’re navigating perimenopausal joint pain, returning to sport after an injury, or simply want to stay active without compromise, we meet you with the expertise of an orthopedic specialist and the partnership of someone who listens.
