Forge Dynamics developed a web-based health & safety software product to help people build healthy, productive enterprises. The business was incubated in Primal Tribe as an affiliated project company until the end of 2014. In 2015, Forge products and technology have been transferred into a new venture focused on operational excellence. The flagship product, The OPTIC System, is a software as a service (SaaS) product for enterprise health & safety management systems. The software has a collection of health & safety modules integrated with a suite of proprietary performance support tools. These tools integrate precise user security settings with a rigorous action management system, a sophisticated business rules engine and advanced search and reporting capabilities.
