Forge Analytics has created a modeling application called Lexible. Lexible gives organizations the power to bridge the gap between their legal documents and business processes by translating contract provisions directly into source code. Originally conceived for the structured credit industry, Lexible has leveraged advances in natural language processing in order to simplify complex legal agreements (with an initial focus on MBS pooling and servicing agreements). Lexible uses document classification, natural language parsing and statistical analysis to give modelers the capability to dissect agreements and codify business rules that are then directly linked to the applicable contractual provisions and form the basis for robust analytical framework.
