Forest Moon Theater Information

Formed on August 10, 2012, Forest Moon Theater is a community theater supported by the people and businesses of Wake Forest and surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide a multidimensional theater program that entertains, engages, and educates. By offering live performances, opportunities to participate in theatrical productions, and classes that encourage personal growth through acting and public speaking, we aim to enrich the cultural experience and to promote theatrical arts in Wake Forest and surrounding communities. We are a community theater in the truest sense of the word. Our primary pool of talent will be drawn from the community-both actors and backstage personnel who participate for the the love of theater. Our primary audience will be the community, although we will strive to attract an even wider audience by serving up highly entertaining productions. Our primary support will be the community, individuals and businesses in the Wake Forest area who volunteer their time and who sponsor us financially, without which we could not provide the program we envision. Community is the heart of Forest Moon Theater.
