We provide programming, feasibility studies, building evaluations, masterplanning, renderings, space planning, building design, interior design, complete construction documents, and construction observation. We typically team with a select group of other professionals to bring the highest level of technical expertise to each project. We create sustainable and environmentally sensitive solutions tailored to each client’s specific building needs. We have developed a number of strategies to provide green solutions that minimize initial investment while providing maximum long term benefits. Our staff includes a professional accredited by the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Program. The firm also has experience with New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) incentive programs and we work with clients so that they may benefit from these incentives.
