ForceMultiplier.one has the vision to create a globally engaged workforce, one employee at a time. ForceMultiplier.one was born out of a passion for helping people thrive and we exist to reconnect employees. Red Belt Program- 12-step signature program is delivered in roughly 1 hour per week over 12 weeks. b. Blue Belt Program- 6 week program, Engagement is a fitness and like any fitness it requires a maintenance regime. c. White Belt Workshop-This program is an impactful workshop for 5–35 employees. d. Green Belt Program- This 6 Step program is delivered in a one-hour session per week, over 6 weeks. e. Black Belt- 12 weeks. This Master program takes your business to the next level. 2. Women in Leadership- 3,6 or 12 months. The Engagement & Leadership program for Women is designed to unite the workplace. 3. Create|Connect|Reward-10 Weeks. It will instantly create higher levels of engagement, more leaders, friendships and dissolve silo mentality plus much more. 4. Sales Team Program- 12 Weeks. This program is designed to captivate and entertain your key salespeople, whilst strategically developing new habits 5. Principals, Teachers Program-12 Weeks. Our education industry program works with your leaders, staff members and students. 6. Real Estate Programs- Designed for RE professionals, Talent Managers, FM teams, Builders and RE Service Partners to help them get ready for New Normal.
