Food Over Drugs is so much more than a brand name—it’s a mantra for the way we live. Founder Sheela Mahdavi has used her degree in Nutritional Science with a focus on medicinal herbs and functional foods to educate the world about the power of natural healing. Sheela has hosted educational workshops and lectures since 2013. Within our first four years, our products have reached over 36 countries around the world, including Asia, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Africa and North America. And with nearly half a million followers on TikTok, our brand continues to educate the world about the healing benefits of food.
