FOUNDATION Fondazione iCons has been established in 2016 upon initiative of two senior entrepreneurs, Mario Martinoli and Elena Gaboardi, in the belief that the development of a more inclusive, transparent and engaging social model could bring great benefits to the shaping of a well-balanced and inclusive society. Fondazione iCons is a rare example of Italian foundation entirely operative. The foundation develops its activities under two principal streams, each corresponding to a department of the organisation: - communication and exploitation of European research results, via the iCube Programme (www.icube.global) and the media platform www.youris.com, operating through the creation and implementation of large international projects in the framework of the H2020 research & innovation programme. - cultural patronage, by providing artistic and financial support to young talented artists world-wide (www.theresia.online). ​VALUES ​Fondazione iCons believes that financial resources, capitals and patrimony are simply instruments to achieve social, cultural and partecipative objectives. Human capital and intangible assets are the main values at the centre of all our activities. Fondazione iCons also applies the principle of maximisation of the free circulation of ideas as the most valuable instrument to build a sustainable business environment. Fondazione iCons shares the belief that the development of different cultural and social model oriented to inclusion and participation could bring great benefits to the shaping of a well-balanced and inclusive society. GOVERNANCE​ The Fondazione iCons is managed by a Board of Trustees supported by a Scientific Committee and a Patronage Assembly, including individuals, companies and public organisations wishing to donate their time and resources to support the initiatives developed by the Fondazione iCons. ​ The Fondazione iCons owns and administrates the properties and the artwork of Palazzo Keppel in Rovereto.
